I was buying all of my products online, but wanted to find somewhere closer that I could go and browse and ask questions. The owner at Autoality is so helpful and extremely nice, so much so that I will never buy anything online again. Prices are great and the customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced!
Spent the morning with Eric the owner of Autoality. He walked me thru his store educating me on car detailing products. He pointed out to me that the old cleaning and polishing products of the past don't necessarily work well with the protective coatings on today's cars ... It's all about science. Now I can treat my ride with the respect it deserves. So glad I found this place!

Ive visited from the store twice so far and both times came out with product. Its very convenient to visit an actual dealing store instead of ordering from one in Florida all the time, then having to wait on product. Great face to face customer service Definitely a satisfied customer
