I had a great experience at Auto Outlet of Tacoma, I had been looking for some time for a low mileage Cadillac DTS that had not been smoked in. I also wanted one that had a clean carfax and local car. I was on the web and low and behold here it was! Not one of those typical used car place with annoying used car dealers. I drove a few cars and ended up with the right car for me with no pressure!! In and out pretty fast for a dealership! Love my Toyota 4 runner. Thanks Guys!!

The sales rep, Mike, went the extra mile for us on the day before the Fourth of July holiday. Because we live north of Seattle, 40 miles from the dealer, we couldn't easily get to see the car or get in for a pre-purchase inspection. Mike held the car for us over other inquiries, helped to find a mechanic that could do the inspection, had it taken to and from the shop, and then stayed late as we drove through traffic to test drive and ultimately buy the car. They made it easy for us.
