I received a phone call within 10 minutes of my online inquiry. I asked for a more detailed description of the car along with additional pictures. I received them. I flew out to Tacoma and the dealer picked me up from a shuttle stop. I inspected the car and it was nearly exactly as they described in every way.
I don't know why everyone is saying these horrible things about this dealership. I just purchased a 2007 Dodge from this lot and had a great experience!! First I spoke with Rusty on the phone and he was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested the Dodge I ended up purchasing, He even sent me the Carfax! I happened across their lot after 9 full weeks of car shopping with shady men and women who weren't willing to deal even though I had cash. It was a great experience and I walked out with a car that was in GREAT condition for the price I needed within the span of an hour. I had a great experience. I had been shopping for an older Mini Cooper online for a couple of weeks, and they had the best priced one (with a clean title that is!) of any dealer in 100 miles. Sure there were some cosmetic flaws that I expected. But after two weeks I have yet to find anything mechanical or electrical that does not work. It's a great little car!
