The whole crew at auto outlet is awesome very friendly and up front with everything they made my car buying easy I am a first time buyer and thought I was able to get the 03 explorer that I was looking at but Bob Rusty and mike reassured me that I will walk off the lot with the car and I did. I highly recommend coming to this dealership they are very professional and easy going. I will be buying my cars from here on out. Very happy customer

Rusty's Awesome! I bought a used car from these guys. They were professional, kind and attentive to my needs. They came down on the price because I thought it was a tad bit too high and also for me to have something minor repaired on the car. I would use these guys again--in a heart beat! Sometimes people have bad experiences, but you have to look at things from all perspectives. Everyone's a critic! I bought a 01 Beetle from here about three weeks ago. When we test drove it, we noticed the passenger seat release wasn't working so of course that gotten written into the contract to be fixed. So we set up an appointment for the following Thurs. Well, Wed night, my bug decided it didn't want to start at first. My experience with 38th Street auto outlet. I bought a car from them when I got it home. The next day gas was leaking from underneath it when I took it back to them they took it had it fixed no questions asked returned it to me by the end of that day I would recommend this car sales outlet to my friends I appreciate the hard work that must be good for me and I'm very satisfied with my car

Rusty was very helpful when I got my 2003 explorer. I was afraid I wasn't going to approved to the truck but he kept telling that I would and he reassured me that everything looked good for me getting the truck an I did get it. I still love my truck and I was getting worried cause my license plate and title wasn't in yet and I went in to see why it was taking so long and rusty mad it urgent to look into why and the plates and title came in the next day. The team made at the shop is awesome and very professional and kind.
