I received a reply to my email, however my questions weren't answered and I had to call. I spoke to Jarrod who seemed to be bothered by me. When I asked questions about the truck I was interested in, he said he wasn't sure without offering to get the answers I needed. I told him where I would be coming from and I needed to be sure before I drove that far. He then told me to call him back in an hour. I explained to you we are selling our vehicles cash as well as answered any questions that I could without physically going out to the vehicle, as I was busy with a customer whom had an appointment with which is the only reason why I asked to call you back in a hour. Otherwise I would have checked what you were asking me on the spot.
