Contacted dealer for over a week about vehicle. Requested to be informed if the vehicle was sold before making the two hour drive up. When I showed up the vehicle was sitting up front and I was informed that they sold the vehicle that morning. No consideration given to my request. I will not be doing any business with this dealer.

We had a great experience here. The cars are reasonably priced and we got a great deal. Everyone was very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. They do not have sales people hovering over you while you look, which is a plus for me. It’s a very low key, low pressure business and I would recommend it for those that don’t like high pressure sales people that bugging you to make a decision, I highly recommend auto imports if you looking for a used car
Car needed new breaks. Had a few dents and a patch on the back finder and the wouldn't come off the price any.

I used to manage a car dealership and I strongly recommend buyers to shop somewhere else. The Ford Fusion I drove an hour to see after having a very detailed conversation with salesman was not as described or advertised. I was told no accidents, perfect condition and good running order. Not the case. The car had 2 different areas where body work had been done. Cosmetic issues that were photo shopped. And a bad transmission. Sir, this vehicle is a little different, this is a hybrid with a CVT transmission, which is designed to drive slightly different than your normal transmission. For those who are unknowledgeable about CVT transmission, they would believe that the car has a shifting issue when in fact that's how they're designed. I have always bought new cars so therefore this experience was a little different, I am not use to the salesman having holes in the knees of his pants, however he did answer most of my questions, HOWEVER THE OTHER SALES PEOPLE in the office/ showroom were not very friendly.
