They sold me a suv with a broken door panel they said the would fix it and they just gave excuses when I called that day. And it was really dirty inside and they said they would detail it but never did.

Apparently, customer service means nothing to this company. Hopefully you never have to go in there with an issue because Scott will ring your neck and make you regret ever coming into them in the first place. Belittling is what they know best. RecommendedThese folks are great! We have just bought our fourth car from Auto Image over the last three years. All have been very good values. Three late model Volksagens, all have been priced fairly, perfect and in excellent mechanical and exterior/interior condition. No issues what so ever on any of them, and we have kept them all. The salesmen were great at selling a lemon 🍋 to my younger sister! Hey good work on selling a car that has many known issues and not offering up to make it right. High five 🖐 my friend!! Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. Sounds to me like you pray on young adults trying to start of good in life by buying a first car. Then boom you got screwed over. Stay clear of These lowlifes.
no would NOT recommend to anyone. they lied sold me lemon for sure paid 5000 for it and i put 1000 into it and it still need between 2 to 3 thousand more worth work. i learned my lesson always get it checked by mechanic you trust dont trust sale men they are snakes. not all but in this case ..
I bought a 2008 Saturn astra it broke down in the first couple months with 31 different codes when I tried to call them about it they said they didn't know when or if there mechanic was coming back. I took it to a different shop and they said Auto image had "cleared" the codes so when the car was sold nobody would see it had so many issues. I would absolutely not recommend this car lot to anyone anytime. 2 of my sisters had similar problems this is the worst car lot in town. crooked liars.
very rude. Our bank sent them a car payment by mistake and when my husband called to get the check back he got screamed at and called filthy names. He wasn't treated like a human being. very disrespectful ppl. I do NOT suggest this company at all. Never have we been treated so poorly. What a way to do business! We didn't receive the check or cash back.
