A little over a year ago I bought my car from the Hayden auto credit. I spent an extra $2000 for what they claimed to be the best warranty for a use vehicle, which included any work that needed to be done. My salesman even told me if I needed a new transmission, they would put in a brand new transmission. We have tried in every way possible to make the customer happy. At her request she has an appointment set for October 17th to have the vehicle looked at. This was a used vehicle at the time of purchase and the customer continues to drive the vehicle, repairs are bound to be needed and should be expected. Auto Credit has tried to satisfy the customers needs and continues to do so.
HAVE ANY CAR YOU LOOK AT INSPECTED BY A 3RD PARTY SHOP! This has been one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. I'm not new at buying cars, but here I made the huge mistake of being overly trusting. I guess I just hadn't done it in too long. They tell you that the cars have all been thoroughly inspected. Only one star because I can't make it zero stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business, not just a car lot. I got a Subaru Forester from them on December 4th 2016. 1 month and 23 days latter this car broke down with less than a 1,000 miles put on it from the day I bought it. Turned out the ENTIRE Engine, the timing belt, hose and few other minor things all had to be replaced totaling over 3,000 dollars. I paid cash for a vehicle from the Post Falls location with an agreement an oil leak would be fixed. After 5 attempts at that location for repairs, we made arrangements to have it repaired at the Sprague location (after diagnosis by my own mechanic!). To their credit, the service staff was friendly and accommodating. The repair was finally done! I was very disappointed in the truthfulness and character of the salesman at this business. I visited this establishment (Sprague location) because of a vehicle I viewed on USAA. I was told I could view the vehicle at the Ruby location. When arriving I was then told the vehicle could not be viewed and it was not the price advertised by USAA. As we have shown by allowing her to bring back the original vehicle and trade her out of it, a practice out of the norm for the automobile industry business. We would have gladly inspected and fixed the jeep had we been given the opportunity.
