Do NOT buy a vehicle here. We purchased a vehicle in June for $10,000. Come to find out, the thing needed a new engine and transmission rebuild. Had to get rid of it 3 months later and lost over half of what we paid. They sell garbage and they know it.

Buyer beware! These guys sell terrible vehicles for a high price, many advertised as Certified Pre-Owned. They are NOT certified. When I asked about the certification I was told they were certified at some point in the past, but not now. How is that even legal?

auto credit is a bad company. They sold me a lemon vehicle, but they said it had a 6 month Warranty. Turns out when I called in on my Warrenty because they sold me the vehicle in TERRIBLE condition, they literally refused to fix it under the Warrenty. They refused to fix the car at all. And when I finally brought it back and turned it in for being a road hazard, the sales manager even agreed it was a road hazard. He said it wouldn't be sold again. Vehicle I bought doesn’t even run. Bought a 2012 **** F-150 from them. They “agreed” to fix some issues, and they put a set of matching tires on the truck. It now sits in my driveway (won’t start), waiting for them to come pick up for the 3rd time. Numerous issues (advancetrac, no turn signals) they said they’d fix, but still having problems. I purchased a 2010 300c with 68700 miles for 10k. I bought it as is believing that the car was certified pre owned because the way they put the certified part is next to every picture. I did sign a as is contract, now mind you I have had this car for 32 days and my Transmission failed. I took in twice for a evac code and leaking gas. Which took them 2 times to fix. Auto credit is the worst place to buy a car especially Hayden they have no customer service skills they don't care there rude none of them know anything about cars the short bald finance manager is rude and should be fired people that don't know anything about cars which is that whole store should find new jobs in a different field the service department only knows how to clear codes they are just as rude as the rest of them and the whole detail department should be fired I got a car which was a big pos when I got it home th... read more
