I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee about 2 months ago from ***** Auto Credit. This has been the worst experience ever. When I bought the vehicle they never detailed the vehicle it was very dirty on the inside, but I decided to buy it because they promised to detail it at a later time, which they never did. If I could give less I would. Helped my dad by putting $500 down which we were told we didn't need, before we got there. They lied and later told us we needed it. So I helped my dad and we got a s***** a** truck with a $369 monthly payment.. it barely started. Zero stars.Bought a truck 5 weeks ago and so far it has been in the shop more than once to get work done by them. Was sold a total lemon of a car with various issues, they lied about what engine it had, and I learned from the mechanic that the codes it was throwing after I got it had been cleared several times before purchase so they knew about the issues beforehand. When I came to them about the first problem (about an $80 part and an hour of work) they "fixed" it but it was back to doing the same thing 30 minutes later. This place needs to be shut down , I have them a perfectly fine *** and they give me a s*** box in return , rude to me when I seek help in fixing the s*** box , hanging up on me , laughing at me ,etc . So I bought a 2014 **** Escape from ******* valley auto credit (big mistake, I know) about two and a half weeks ago and its already been in the shop four times.the problem STILL ISNT FIXED. It goes into limp mode every time I drive it which I feel is going to be concerning on winter road conditions.its also shifting like total c*** and the electrical system started going in and out yesterday. They ripped me off. We're suppose to fix my rack and pinion had my car for 2 weeks and it's still leaking power steering fluid
Do NOT buy a vehicle here. We purchased a vehicle in June for $10,000. Come to find out, the thing needed a new engine and transmission rebuild. Had to get rid of it 3 months later and lost over half of what we paid. They sell garbage and they know it.
