Auto Credit has done some work for this customer on this vehicle, it is a used vehicle that he purchased with 238,174 miles on it. We have copies of the Carfax and Title, this is NOT a salvage title vehicle.

Bunch of theives, can't even keep their lies straight! I was promised a new manifold, but of course I'm hearing 30 excuses from Brad D****** their lying service manager, after I called him out he didn't even have the ***** to talk to me over the phone, he had a salesman do it for him...and I'm 21 and this "man" is probably over 40, what a ******* *****.
I went to auto credit north hoping to get a reliable car for a decent price. They sold me a car and let me drive it off the lot with a broken motor mount and no air bags. They also sold it without having the title. A month later they called me back so they could fix the contract and would not lower the price. After they put in the airbags and fixed the motor mount they told me they would not detail the car as they promised. I should have sued when I had to deal with this. I will attempt to make this short I am really upset with the car I am in & what auto credit did to me. Looking at the contract and in the computer system, there were no extra costs added to the vehicle or the trade. Several repairs were done to the newly purchased vehicle prior to the sale and the customers trade in had a trade lien to be paid off. She signed and agreed to all paperwork and did purchase this vehicle in March 2016 . Mechanical issues are not the lots responsibility for the life of the loan.
Bought an 01 Pontiac Sunfire and the engine was clearly dying. They agreed to turn the car in and get me a better car so I put down more money and got a car and haven’t even had a day a 2005 Honda Accord that once you start going up a hill it stops and the check engine light comes on something is wrong with the car the engine light goes on and then it won’t go. We purchased a car from this dealer in 2016, We were told that the engine was replaced, 7 months later the engine broke. We had asked to purchase an extended warranty only to find out it did not make it into the 2nd set of contracts that were signed. We were not notified that the contract had changed. We were then told the finance company does not finance extended warranties. We worked with the dealer to get it fixed.
