The car was not in very good condition. The seat belts were filthy and lots of rust on the vehicle. We were very disappointed that we drove all the way from Puyallup to see it.
Calm, professional, informative, honest, not pushy.
Once the salesman realized it was going to take lot of work to make a deal and what I had to trade in he then did not do anymore. Was rather a short call. I think in my situation it might take time to put a deal together but I have worked with Wells Fargo and had paid two cars off with them. I think we might have been able to put something together.

I requested email contact and that was done; I asked a few questions, they were promptly answered; I contacted for test drive, they responded in kind and post test drive, it was the car I wanted and the price was right, so I bought.
We were treated very well! Our experience was to the extent that we have since recommended family, friends and assiciates to the team at Auto Connections at Bellevue. This is primarily due to the respect and care we received. We felt that Frank was truly listening to our needs and was very responsive. The overall process was easy and painless. We are extremely pleased, not just in the vehicle we acquired but rather, the manner in which we were treated.
Easy, professional and low key buying experience. Very easy to work with and finished the transaction quickly. Would certainly recommend and will do business with the dealer in the future.
Truck was teady for viewing. Was given the keys for test drive. Sales person just left me alone to do my inspections as I would prefer-did he read my body language? That was a real positive for me, I even brought my creeper to slide under the truck. Others might have considered this as a saleman being disinterested but not me, i prefer this-a good used car will sell itself. Dealership clean and stocked with some very nice high end cars.
