The dealership rep emailed me back. That was wise of him. Any time you connect with people it increases your chance of making a sale. He sounded pleasant. The only reason I didn't rate him with a five star is because I specifically asked if he could let me know if or when the vehicle is sold. He most likely doesn't have time to make that kind of effort. I understand, people are busy doing other things.
