Buyer Beware – Do not believe what you read in the web site. After three ECM exchanges, and not even a call back from the so called 24/7 technical support, I am back at square one. The ECMs look and operate worse than what I had in my vehicle. The people I tried to talk with knew nothing about the product and were not friendly at all. Once they get your money they can care less about you or the product they are peddling. WANRING - False Advertizing and Ripoff – Another rip-off. Spoke to Wendy and was guarenteed a unit to ship that day...Believed her (Mistake #1). Placed order over phone and gave credit card (Mistake #2, SHOULD OF USED PAYPAL). unit did not ship for 2 days! Finally shipped and received a defective unit. Called and complained and was told to ship back and exchange for a new different one.....Not a chance, stated that I require a refund. What a JOKE!!!!! – Like many others, this comapny steals money and sells defective products. I order from them off of ebay in July of 2010, first one arrived and did not start the car, they sent me another one right away. It worked like a dream for 11 months, dealer diagnosis says ECM malfunction, I contacted the comapny at which point they tried to say I did not purchase it from them ( even though i had 2 invoices) so after 2 days of arguing, They agree to repair the ECM or give me a deal on a new one for 179.99 and I only ... read more
Saves a lot of money! – I have a Nissan car which I love very much. But suddenly its engine control module didn’t work. I was frustrated because I didn’t have enough money to replace it. I made a contact with ACE and Andy in ACE lessened my frustration to a great extent by his promising words. After only 2 days, I found my Nissan quite ready!!! I was very much amazed by their performance. The most important thing is that it costs a much smaller than my imagination. You are great ACE!!!

Check out BBB – Seems as tho when a good computer is shipped to a customer, of course they are satisfied, but when a problem occurs, buyer beware. They really have no concern for honoring their warranty. In your own best intersest, check out the better business bureau (BBB) before making a purchase, second, dont do business with untrustworthy businesses like this one. Even if this was the last business, look for a used one instead...
Scammers, Charlatans, DO NOT ORDER!!! – Customer came in with a definite bad computer on a notorious Toyota Rav4 which was verified with another known good computer and found to be defective. Ordered one from auto exchange for reasons of cost which was found defective, received a second one, also defective, customer needed vehicle ASAP so we had to order from the dealer for $1,300, worked like a charm, Sent both defective computers back to auto exchange and was told would only receive store credit. Terrible – Upon trying to return something that is clearly stated on their website as returnable, they refuse to do so because the order was made via phone. After pointing out that the policy online states clearly that a refund is available, they said a phone order was different. However, it's the same company. Horrible customer service, bad policy – Ordered a PCM from them, it didn't fix the problem, so I returned the unit per their website instructions. However, upon following up with them, I was told I was receiving a store credit and no refund. Rudy, who refused to give me his last name, became belligerent and told me a phone order is different from a website order even though it's the same company.
