Auto Computer Exchange Inc – I ordered a engine control module, installed it, my wife went out of town, made it 36 miles and jeep quit. Had to have it towed to mechanic, he said the module was no good (cost $97 plus towing) he reinstalled the old one, which works but engine light is on. Called auto computer exchange. Auto Computer Exchange – CONTACT TO FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL. SHE SAID SHE ONLY NEEDS A FEW MORE COMPLAINTS TO PUT THESE SCAM ARTISTS AWAY!There are enough people on here to join me in a Class Action Law Suit. I am planning on filing charges in Broward County at the end of the month. I was out of a vehicle for 2 months because of these scam artists. Also, contact FL Attorney General Pam Bondi to file a complaint, Consumer services and internet fraud. Let shut these B*%$#@ down!
Scam, Hustlers, Fraud – This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I should have researched these hustlers before dealing with them. I ordered a PCM to take care of a TPS error that I was having. They sent me one that caused my vehicle to run on 4 cylinders not 6 which wasn't the case with my original PCM. Avoid at all costs – Took us to the cleaners. We ordered a repalcement computer and recieved 3 defectinve over several months they claim it was the car not the computer. I finally had the dealership order one from somewhere else it worked fine. We spent 5 months workikng with these guys (they refuse to give last names for a reason). Now they refuse to refund our money (they only give instore credit) why would I want anything from them. They also have our original computer and have not returned it (that is plain theft. These guys are running a scam. – This company is really shady. The advertise a 14 day return policy on their website but when I returned the merchandise they said no refunds. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Also, they advertise reconditioned computers but the one they sent me looked like it came from a junk yard. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you enjoy being scammed.
RIP OFF LIFE TIME WARRANTY ONLY 6 MTHS – 8-25-11 Purchased a unit back in NOV 2010. At that time they gave a "Lifetime warranty" I have copies of it. All of the following is my opion (to avoid any legal hassles). I sent the unit back because I got the code NO BUS. My mechanic a certified Dodge mechanic tested it and said either bad solder joint or cracked board in the PCM. He had tested all 3 of the wire harnesses and they were OK. Check out their BBB review!!! – I made the mistake of ordering a part (TCM for Jeep Liberty) after taking forever to ship the part, of course it didn't work. They then offered to send another part. After a week of waiting for a part that was promised to be shipped the next day. I cancelled my order and sent the original part back for a full refund. They are giving me the run around to get my money back and as of today I have contacted my credit card companies fraud department. I wish I had read reviews on them before I order... read more
