Awesome service. Will use again! – The service department at ACE has been instrumental in keeping our F150, which we purchased new in 1992, in top shape. The engine runs at factory spec and we still get the gas mileage we got when the truck was brand new. We recommend ACE to everyone! Our thanks go to Mike, Lisa and the entire Service Team!
They are Very Professional – Andy - in service - was very professional. Traditionally, the dealer service shop isn't somewhere you expect to find great service, but he broke the stereotype. I hope he stays in the role as I hope to build a repoire with him and visit him with all my vehicle service needs.
Wonderful services – My 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD needed a computer and my auto-savvy godson sent me there online. I ordered my part on 11/11/2010, received it the following Tuesday and installed before our 1st big snow. They're TERRIFIC, polite, professional, friendly. They ROCK! Saved me a LOT of money. I'll be back, when necessary.
Excellent Service – I needed a part for my 99 Jeep and spoke with Michael at Auto Computer Exchange. He explained exactly what part I needed. I placed the order and Michael told me I would have it in 3 days. The part was here in 3 days the mechanic installed the module and the car runs great. Thanks Michael and ACE.
ACE was a wonderful experience – I took my Jeep in to replace the computer, Lou and his team were so helpful and taught me so much. Computer was working great and the price was fabulous. Very knowledgeable & best customer service – Recently went to ACE for 20K service of Ford Explorer. Andy in the Service Dept was a great help. He explained the service, arranged for transportation to/from my work, and kept me informed during the entire service. Andy is energetic, mechanically knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented. Overall, a very pleasant experience at ACE.
Very satisfied – I bought an Engine Module for my 1996 Ford and it worked great. I had a great customer support. I will definitely buy again. I bought it several months ago and i haven't had any problems. Great!
Everything that was promised – Great Engine modules, installation was easy...This will save you a lot of money as I have seen other companies sell them for much more money...I belive it is a tremendous money saver.
