Poor customer service – Ordered computer for my car on a Wednesday, said it would take 24-48 hours and then ship 2nd day by UPS. Asked about overnight for extra money but said it was unavailable. Called on Sat. to check status, said it would arrive Tues, 9/22 gave me a tracking number. Checked on Tues. for progress to find it was not even on the West Coast yet. OMFG... this is horrible.... someone stop them – BEWARE OF THEM. This is horrible, bought an ECM from them and it didn't work. The truck wouldn't start at all. They said they would refund the money and now they have both units (you have to send back the original unit for warranty purposes) and my money. This unbelievable... They give buying online a bad name. Scam artists!!!!!! Service Sucks......Parts Not Much Better – Really....nothing good to say about them.... What surprised me though was their 'F...Y...' attitude... Dont need your business, dont care who you complain to....we have lots of other customers so just dont care!!!! ordered a part *tcm).....credit card charged twice..paid express shipping. received item 4 days later. Horrible Wish I Had Found this Site Before I Bought – OMG. I ordered a PCM on Monday. My card was charged. I called Tuesday and was told it shipped if my card was charged. I found this site. I called yesterday for a tracking number for UPS delivery and was told I needed to talk to Joanie, who had gone home for the day. I called Joanie today, and she could find no record of me. Worst Customer Service – I ordered an ECM unit on March 6th - asked for this part to be overnighted for an extra $50.00 - this was due to arrive on Monday, which it did - however the part was faulty - I have returned it and am waiting for a replacement part - each time I call to find out the progress of my delivery I get shunted to several different people. Never Again – Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I'll start from the beginning; I ordered a computer on their web site, and gave my credit card information. I selected overnight shipping for extra $$. I got a "confirmation email" that lacked an invoice number, had the shipping method listed as "ground" and had an incorrect contact phone number (in case there is a question, please call customer service). Worst Customer Service Ever – This company charged our credit card when it was not authorized to do so, and for amounts that were different from their invoices. When trying to get this resolved, i had to go through several people, while arguing my case, until i finally got to someone that could make a decision to refund our money. Even after all of that, they still did not refund all of the incorrect charges that were made to our card.
