dont do it. youll be sorry. – i went threw 4 of their computers in a 1 month period. they all were defected. i ran out of time and was forced to buy the 5th one at a jeep dealership, wich solved the problem . they were nice until i requested a refund, witch they refused to give me. i work at another dealership, and now im finding out im not the onlyone haveing this problem with this bogus company. they are ripping alot of people off, and if you got a good one, your lucky. do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks

Really great experience! Highly Recommended ! – I was very skeptical with all the bad reviews. But i had to get the part myself to see. Here is my experience with them.. AutoComputer Exchange were very polite every time i made the call. The replacement was very smooth and I had no trouble! They are very genuine! Will defiantly do business with them again. And I highly recommend them to anyone...dont go on the words...just try it yourself. At the end of the day... its just the Auto Part. You can not find a better deal anywher... read more

Horrible customer service!!!!!!! – Buyer Beware! Horrible customer service and the girls that answer the phones have the worst attitudes ive ever encountered. These guys charged my c/c twice for the same order and im still fighting it close to 2 months later. One of the girls actually lied to me and said she had personally refunded my money . Now im just going to let my credit card company get my money back. That type of service would get your butt kicked here in CA.

Horrible people to deal with – Stay away. Overnight air which I paid extra for took 6 days to get. They sent me a defective computer for my car which kind of worked, would start but not idle. I replaced other parts thinking that their remanufactured computer was good. I finally found one at a auto wrecker locally, bought it and the car ran fine. Called these people and requested RMA they denied it and told me that they do not make refunds on computers. They were very and I mean very rude on the phone and would listen to anyt... read more

CROOKS!!!!!!! – I bought a computer that came with a one year warranty only to discover that after it took a crap 9 months later i had no waranty. They have had my computer for almost a month now and keep giving my BS when i call to get it fixed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Defective Parts – I ordered a computer for my Dodge RAM Van that failed. It arrived quickly and worked great for about 5 months. Then I started getting strange issues. The engine light would come on and off on it's own, the "check guages" light came on and all the gauges flipped from side to side. Finally, the van just refused to start. We towed it to the dealer and they said that computer was dead - no signals were being sent to the fuel system. Misleading about return policy - – On ebay that state full refunds returns. But just try and get one. I had 2 faulty computers sent to me and finally had to tow the car into the shop. Both the rep from AutoComputer Exchange and the mechanic at the shop agreed the computers were faulty and would not work in the car. The mechanic ordered a functional computer from the manufacturer and the car now works but ACE refuses to refund my money since I spoke to a rep on the phone. Misleading return policy and unethical business practices – I called to return the part I purchasedI from them and they told me that they do not accept returns but would give me an exchange or store credit. On their ebay page their Return Policy states " If you decide you do not want this part, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE minus shipping and handling". GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! worst ever. – Horrible company to deal with. Horrible customer service. I cancelled an order because they never sent the part on time. Waited a week for something that was next day aired. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Less than 1 star. Stay away...you've been warned.
