Defective parts HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE – These jerks sent me a defective part which happens. what happened next was the worst business practice I hace ever seen. They would not take the defective part back! After 5 phones calls and being hung up on I wrote three emails someonenamed Stepanie who told me that they didnt accept returns on computers. look ahead..bad place here...they suck – these guys sent me 3 computers over a 2 week time and everyone had a different issue.....no start, no charge, returns and exchanges are horrible.....tons of other places out there and my first pick after these clowns was perfect...
Customer service sucks – This company has customer service that sucks. They sent a part to us that took longer than 2 days to get here. We were to go on a trip. We have a rock crawler that is a 92 Jeep. It just needs a computer. So that is what we ordered. The day before the trip we received the part. Horrible will not refund defective Part – We had a car whos engine compartment was flooded. We ordered a remanufactured computer from them. It came in and the vehicle would start. It would not idle though We called customer support and they assured us that it was tested and working and could not be adjusted it either worked or it didnt we were told. absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experience – I wish I could rate this place LESS than one star -- preferably negative stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 25 years of ASE Master Auto technician experience. I paid extra for 2 day delivery and made sure they understood I needed it by a certain date. Does not honor warranty awful service – So I send these people a mildly defective ECU in very good shape and prepay. They send me an exchange that looks like it sat on a model A ford in the junk yard for 40 years. Not happy with it's appearance I figure if it works that's all that counts. Terrible repair work – Placed order for 01 chrysler module took 8 days to receive didn't work called ACE they replaced the part still didn't work took another 5 days. Opened the part up looks like a 5 year old had worked on it. Called and spoke to a tech they tell me they test the part on a engine there is no way they can test only on a engine with no injector or Idle load
Excellent Service – I needed a part for my 99 Jeep and spoke with Robbie at ACE he explained exactly what part I needed. I placed the order and Robbie told me I would have it in 2 days. The part was here in 2 days the mechanic installed the module and the car runs great.

This is a shill comment, probably an employee, check out their Better Business Bureau rating, F lots and lots of complaints. Also check to see how many ratings this person has left. Pretty unlikley that someone gets a part that is so wonderful that this is the only rating that they have ever left.
