Second Chance – I placed an order for our jeep ECU and my wife asked if I checked them out. I did and read the reviews. I called and canceled the order. After a short time a man called to ask why I canceled my order, and I told him because of these reviews. He asked me to reconsider after his outlook on the reviwes. I must say I recived my ECU from them and it's been working fine "Not a Hitch" can't say anything bad! Thanks ACE, did what they said at a good price too.

Great Service! Great Experience – GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I am pretty much a novice at this type of stuff. I recently purchased a part from ACE for my 96 Grand Cherokee. They were very helpful and insightful. I made sure to ask a ton of questions prior to purchasing and they were very thorough. When you order something like this, it's custom built for your car so make sure you know what you are doing and ask a lot of questions.

Avoid this company like the plague – Both engine computers that were sent by this place were defective. When I asked how they test them they said they have 5 engines in the back, they plug them in and if the engine runs, they assume its good. Both computers the sent us had similar problem, the inability to control the idle control motor correctly, but each behaved differently. Great Service Great Product – I have a 1999 dodge durango ordered ecm for 199.00 recieved very promply. Installed in truck still had same problem so i called talked to tech for half hour he informed me i had a short and where to look. Sure enough he was right they shipped me another ecm overnight under warranty at no extra charge. My durange runs like new now thanks to them and i save a bunch of $$$ thanks to them. I highly recommend them !!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!! – After not getting the box I ordered, their tech said they found it & would ship it today, next day air. Said there's a reoccuring problem in their shipping dept & it will be taken care of. Well see & I'll post a follup tomorrow.

Buyer beware, don't get riped off like I did – In my opinion this was the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with a business. The company guaranteed that I would receive the auto computer within 3 days. 4days later I called them and was told they were out of stock but they would send it that day. Three days later I still had not received the computer. Called them again and four phone calls later they called me and said they told me again there was a mix up and they would send it out that day. VERY VERY MAD – Bout a ecu from these people last year, came with a life time warranty ran good after a year and 2 months my ecu went bad again. took it out of the truck shipped it back to them 2 weeks ago and i called them the day i shipped it to tell them about it and asked how long it would take to repair got transfered to warranty department.. andrea answered, she has been the only one that i can talk to about my ecu they wont let me talk to no one else, she is rude and has no respect she said 3days to fix 2 days to ship... read more

very very impressed – went to the dealer , they told me the computer was bad in my dodge truck and wanted around 1100.00 to replace it , had my car towed out of there took the computer out myself and went down to buy one from these guys , robbie charged me 50 to test the computer we went to the back of the factory where there was a bunch of engines on stands and he plugged my computer in...it ran he then told me that the computer was good and explained to me that there is some short in the wiring he recommended a few known t... read more

Be VERY afraid! – Promised to ship within 24 hours. Only thing they did within 24 hours was to debit my credit card. After waiting 5 days, tracked the shipment -- still hadn't been shipped! Called back one week later -- still no shipment. Had to get my credit card company involved -- finally got a credit one month later. This company is the definition of a scam.
