So glad I found this company! – I decided to call after reading other reviews on Citysearch. I am so glad that I did. Alex fixed my computer in less than an hour. He also helped me to make our wireless connection secure, and helped to make my computer run faster. When I called him, he scheduled our appointment for the next day. I couldn't be happier.
Very honest! – The mother board on my three year old computer got fried by an electrical surge, even though I used a surge suppressor. I called and spoke with Alex and instead of him trying to talk me into repairing my computer he said "In all honesty, you can get a new computer for about the same price as it would cost to repair your old one." Solid Support – I called Alex based on the other reviews and I'm glad I did. Alex was on-time and called before arriving (as he said he would). He fixed the issue in 30 minutes and spent the remainder of the hour helping me with a few other issues that I didn't even plan on addressing, but heck, we had the time since he accomplished his goal so quickly! I highly recommend Alex and will use him for any and all IT issues. I did try another company before calling Alex and the experience was miserable at best. Alex was a relief.
Friendly tech service with MOBILE store! WOW!! – Alex came to my home in specified time. He is very neat and friendly technician. I am glad he is taking time to talk to me with pen and papers since I am Deaf. He answers with honest and brief. He petted my cats, (dragonfly and Foxy) like he used to own pets. Great service!!! – Alex arrived the same day I called for help (the Friday before Easter!) and did a great job repairing both my laptop and desktop computers. He was very friendly and prompt, as well as helpful and instructive. I highly recommend this company!!!
Exceptional service – Alex goes above and beyond to make sure your are happy with your services and repairs. They came to pick up my computer from my office and dropped it back off so there was no inconvienience for me. My computer was to the point that it wouldn't even boot up and Alex has brought it back to working like a brand new computer right out of the box. He also explained how to prevent problems so it wouldn't happen again. I will use and recommend then from here on out.
Alex and Joe saved the day. Our server was dying and they were able to upgrade our server and all our desk tops! They worked the weeked so that we had no down time. When we came in on Monday it was so nice to have a fast reliable network. AustinTechs South are our "computer guys" from now on!
