Bad Customer Service & Rip Off Very unfriendly customer service from the minute I walked in. The manager on duty seemed more interested in his southpark videos on the computer. The real kicker is when he charged me $188 for an oil change on my diesel truck. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be over charged for bad customer service.

AWESOME! Not sure what the negative rap was about on here, but these guys were nice. The communication was great, the repair was done timely and the price was fair. What more could you ask for? I feel confident with my brakes now. Thank you, Guys for a job well done. Will be seeing you again.

Rude over the phone I called them because they are 200 yards away from my apartment complex. After work I figured I would take my vehicle there to get an oil change and get inspected.

Great Bunch of Guys my check engine light had come on and i took it to a big name shop in pflugerville. they told be it would cost $1195.00. with that much money i told them that i want to shop around. then they tryed to give me 10% off. well i took my car to Austin' Choice Auto. Never Again!!! This place blows!! I had my truck inspected there and I failed. Which there was reasoning for that. I fixed the minor problems and went back to ask about the the rest. The guy there that claims to be manager was cool at first and it explained to me the problem again. I accepted it and started to leave. Don't ever go here They overcharged me for an alternator and battery replacement (over $600) after I got it towed there and had no other choice but the price they gave me unless I wanted to pay to have it towed somewhere else. When I picked it up, my radio and clock were not working (shouldn't they have noticed this before handing it over to me?), so I told them about it. We are regular customers We live nearby and started taking our vehicles here for everything we needed. They have always been prompt, friendly, and they always get the job done right. If they didn't, we wouldn't go there so often.

Avoid at all cost Based on the previous review of this place, I figured I'll also try the "local and reliable" repair shop since I had recently moved in the neighborhood. My visit started reasonably well. I wanted them to check out the quarter windows, passenger-side door lock and interior lights in my 1998 mini van. Local and reliable Although we usually take our car to our favorite mechanic midtown, we took a chance with someone in the neighborhood. We'd used Austin's Choice for our car inspections before and were happy with the attitude and service of the staff.
