right choice wow an honest shop in town, had my truck towed to the shop and was thinking lord how much is this going to cost me. in about an hour i got the call the man leting me know that i had a bad fuel pump relay! i told them to fix it they said it would be ready in 30 min. they did not try to sell me a fuel pump or any thing else just fixed what was wrong thank you guys for your honesty and fast service

great place great place, i was on my way to work and stoped to get gas at the shell. after filling my car with gas it would not start. i did not know what to do so im standing at the gas pump hood up like i know what im looking at and alonzo from austins choice walked up and asked if i needed any help, i told him that my car would not start so he ran over to the shop got a little box hooked it to the battery and the car started. he had me pull over to the shop and tested my battery and it was bad so i had him put in a new on... read more
Good, Honest, and Fair I brought my car in because it was making some weird noise when I was driving down the highway. The guy at the front desk was very nice and understanding and they took my car for a test drive and then came back and put it on a lift. They told me that is was most likely just a tire out of balance, and I should head to the nearest Discount Tire to have it checked out. So I drove over to the Discount Tire and it turns out that's exactly what it was! I was so impressed that they knew what they were talking... read more
BEST SHOP IN TOWN This is the only shop I have ever been to were I got my car fixed and they did not come back and tell me i needed thousands of dollars in repairs. The guy at the front desk was nice and took me out to my car so I could see what I needed. It was one little hose that was leaking and that's what made my check engine light come on. BEWARE BEWARE!Ridiculous! Guy came back told us that he would have to charge extra for inspection. Then took the money put it in his pocket and walked to the gas station to get refreshments. Very unfriendly and looking to take advantage of its customers!!See other reviews
Austins Choice Auto Repair - Buyer Beware Buyer beware! I just got $1300 in work done, already had to take it back since a new noise started the day they completed the work. Then yet another more serious noise started after the second visit to the shop. I have not yet played it out to see if they will remedy the situation. If they don't, I will do what I can to insure that they lose their AAA recommended shop status, if not legal action.
Austins Choice Auto Repair is A RIP OFF...RUN AWAY Run as fast as you can! This place is a joke! Paid for a Full syn oil change and watched them put in reg oil. when i asked them about it they said it was syn oil. what shop has the syn in the gun. the oil tank that the oil can out of even said on the side of it that is was reg 10w30. they still charged me $89.99. and told me to never come back.
Austins Choice Auto Repair is A new freindly guy Been there once with no problem ,but there was a great new guy there this week,very knowledgeable and friendly.I recommend Austins Choice even more now! Thanks for good advice ,you saved me time and money.
