Very unprofessional management, something odd going on there since Colton left, 2 managers in such a short time and both telling me completely different issues with my car. I thought the mechanic determined the issue not the crooked sales person at the counter. Do not go here,find a decent and honest shop

Very Bad News- Colton is no longer with the company and it shows, my husband and I had the worst visit ever not only did they seem not to care, the tech was short and rude he was polite on prior visits. The new manager looked lost we are at a lost we were referred there 3 years ago and now we must find a new shop, if anyone knows where Colton is working please post for the rest of his loyal customers to follow. If this was not Colton s choice it was a BAD choice on the part of Brake Specialists. C & R

NICE EXPIERENCE,WELL EXECUTED – I have always been taught to take my car to the dealer and I always trusted them at there word, that was my first mistake. Colton looked at my car, took me out to shop and took a box of new pads from the back to use as comparison.It was very clear that I had over 60 percent of my brakes remaining and did not need any brake work done for quite awhile, he also explained that the clear liquid I asked him to look at was in fact a repair that was previously done at bmw of austin.He explained to tak... read more

SOLID SHOP!!! – Saw the reviews and had to try these guys out. My brakes had been grinding for a few days, so I knew I was in for a high price repair. These guys were actually able to resurface my rotors and put some nice pads on my vehicle for not a lot of dinero. Give these guys a try, you will not be sorry. ***Have Fun, Live Dangerously My Friend ;)***

Good service, Good price – The waiting room is very nice at this facility and I was comfortable the minute I walked through the door. I got my brakes worked on and have been happy with the service I received. The price was also in my budget. I couldn't have asked for more.

Don't get your car inspected here – I went to the Round Rock location to have my car inspected. They failed me on an "exhaust leak". I took it to the mechanic down the street and they did a comprehensive test of my exhaust system finding no leak anywhere on the vehicle. It cost me $50 to have them tell me nothing was wrong with it. I had to take the receipt back to Brake Specialist to prove to them that nothing was wrong with it. WOW, thats service – First this cudos to the owners they did a remarkable job with the renovations inside beautiful and that is a nice and bathroom,how many times can you say this about an auto shop. Mr Perez was very nice and polite to me and my fiance he explained what we were told by bmw was not needed at this time we did need brakes and were shown what was left of our pads and rotors,because of his professionlism we had our car serviced there we will return and continue to save maoney and time coming to see the folks at ... read more

Very nice people,Fair – My boss had suggested I try these folks he is a regular and said they were very direct and honest at all times with him and his family. I went with my landrover expecting the same stuff I get from the dealer,always very over priced and you need it all today. The manager was very well trained in explaining what needed to be done right away and what could wait as long as 3 months,price was fair and job was done on time.Thank you for your great work.
