Fraud company. Told me all kind of lies to sell the product and now they are saying that extra charges are applicable. We were told that when moving to new residence, they would do it free of charge within Texas. We called and were told that they would charge us for installation. I specifically asked the sales person about this issue and was assured that it would be free and now they are sating they would charge us. I feel like that the sales person duped us to sell the product.

Amazing team! Mike and Jen were very knowledgeable and helpful when conducting the water tests and determining what system was best for our family. Within a couple days of calling we had an install scheduled. Install crew was very friendly and detailed in their work. Amazing team from end to end!!
Best water filtration and treatment system I've tasted and dealt with! Super awesome people to work with, and even the installation crews are prompt and just as wonderful as the rest of the company. That's not normal for businesses.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony and Mike, for going out of there way to get my water softener up and running properly. I had an unmentioned plumbing company remove from my old address and reinstall it in my new address. needless to say, but it never worked after that. Again, Thank you Austin Water Solutions. Customer for life.
They came to our home to test our water and boy the results were scary!!! I had really bad skin dryness because of the hard water in our area. My face looked like it was burned and my skin was peeling off as if I had a sun burn. Once the water system was installed my skin quickly got better and is now smooth and soft as before! After contemplating a water system for over a year, there was literally no time like the present. I am so happy that I do not have to chase down bottled water anymore, especially right now, and that I can trust what is pouring into my glass.
