I think they crooks we signed up for the system, was told all we had to pay for was the salt , $90 a month finance payments. First call was because water dirty in the tank, and drinking water was not clear after about 2 weeks in,kept seeing check salt, they came out they said that was fine, too much pressure. give couple of weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They sold us the water softener and osmosis system and after a year received a call saying that maintenance was due for $25.00 if we do not agree the warranty will be void. so they came and just checked the water. then the next year received another call for the maintenance saying that the fee will be $50.00 because the economy. They were professional, knowledgeable, skilled and responsive to any and all questions. The System works beautifully. The water reduced the hardness, improved taste and ******* clear. Thank you.
My water is so much cleaner now! It taste a lot better. I would definitely recommend this system.
Preying on people's expectations, they'll come to your door saying they "just need to test your water", and that they're doing it only to "**** you off the list".Shady tactic trying to come in and do a long sales pitch. Also, not a huge deal since I'm vaccinated but the guy came to the door without a face mask.
Entered the house under false pre-texes. The guy came to my door and said since I just closed on my house the needed to test the water and report numbers for the city. Then they started selling me multiple products and when I said I wasn't interested kept making fake phone calls saying he can now get me better deals...they Should not be deceitful in order to gain entry
AWS did a great job communicating the various benefits of water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. Their knowledgable and friend staff are the reason why I went with AWS over the other 3 companies I spoke with. They showed up with a crew of 7 and were in and out within 5 hours - they did major work in the front yard trenching from main to where I wanted the system installed in the garage. My only criticism, which is barely a criticism, is that the crew could have cleaned up a little more in the garage - they did track in... read more
