Within a couple days of calling we had an install scheduled. Install crew was very friendly and detailed in their work. Amazing team from end to end!!
Best water filtration and treatment system I've tasted and dealt with! Super awesome people to work with, and even the installation crews are prompt and just as wonderful as the rest of the company. That's not normal for businesses.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony and Mike, for going out of there way to get my water softener up and running properly. I had an unmentioned plumbing company remove from my old address and reinstall it in my new address. needless to say, but it never worked after that. Again, Thank you Austin Water Solutions. Customer for life.
They came to our home to test our water and boy the results were scary!!! I had really bad skin dryness because of the hard water in our area. My face looked like it was burned and my skin was peeling off as if I had a sun burn. Once the water system was installed my skin quickly got better and is now smooth and soft as before! After contemplating a water system for over a year, there was literally no time like the present. I am so happy that I do not have to chase down bottled water anymore, especially right now, and that I can trust what is pouring into my glass. This install included safety measures I wouldn't have thought of and I'm so glad I did not put this off. What an easy process. Thank you AWS!

Awesome customer service! Didn’t feel pressured. Install was a breeze, we have hard water down in Kyle, Texas. All their testing proved it. As of now our water is amazing, clean, taste great! I had multiple companies come in and didn’t give them the time of day just because of how pushy they were! Reach out to Anthony & Ryan! You won’t regret it.
