Great to do business with! Michael was very professional, knowledgeable and his team did a great job getting our water softener installed!
Great sales team! They explain all the benefits of the products and how it will pay for itself in the long run. Installation took 2 hrs as advertised. I would recommend to my friends and family!
Anthony and Dani came by after we bought our new house and helped us out getting a new water system. At first we were defensive, considering the night before we had an abbrasive encounter with a salesman from a competiting company. Anthony and Dani however were totally relaxed and not pushy at all, which we were totally receptive to. Since installation the improvement in our water quality has been apparent. We used to smell like chlorine getting out of the shower and feel greasy. Not anymore
My husband and I have used water softeners and reverse osmosis systems for years. Austin Water Solutions is by far the best system we have ever seen. That is why we decided to purchase it. I would recommend this system to anyone.
We had a really great experience with Anthony and Dani. As new home owners we had already had quite a few conversations with sales people, and we a started out pretty defensive. However, their style was nothing like the pushy tactics that we had experience with other companies. Dani was so kind to my dog and baby and worked around our family’s chaos with grace.
