Went onto the dealership car lot to look at a WRX however got no assistance from anyone, not even a dirty look. I went there twice and both times same story. Normally I am a Honda fan but was willing to try a Subaru as a new car but after this terrible experience I believe I'll be going back to Honda. At least they are willing to sell me a vehicle.
I had a terrible noise coming from my engine so I stopped my car immediately! Under my warranty they had it towed to Subaru and even though they were busy they were able to get my car looked at the next day and replaced my entire short block (all under warranty) in a day and a half. They were able to get me a loaner car so that I didn't have to worry about getting to work! I got my car back so fast I couldn't believe it, and it didn't cost me a dime! After having my beloved Baja, Pablo T-boned & totaled (while parked, yes. Parked) I contacted Austin Subaru in hopes to find another subaru for my infant, dog and I. I was introduced to Carlos and I have to say he put this whole nightmare to a stop. I never once felt like he was pushing a car on me even knowing my budget & being a newly single mom. This was the best car shopping experience I've ever had. My customer assistant, John Martinez, worked with me every step of the way. There was no pushiest, no games, just an honest willingness to be of service. The entire process took less than 2 hours and, after a picture of me with my new car, we were on our way. And the service didn't stop there. Everyone at the dealership has been helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend buying a Subaru from them.
