Love my Subaru Crosstrek. And do my best to maintain it. Austin Subaru has been fantastic when I need for my car to be serviced. They are ready for me at my appointment time and they are really good at communicating the status of the work at every step. And their new location is SO much bigger better brighter than their old location. I plan on being a Subaru customer for a long time! �
Amber Ashy was incredibly patient and knowledgeable during my search for a new car lease. I had no idea what I wanted and the more I told her, the easier it was for her to narrow down my search for me to the Forester. She kept in great communication via email and phone without ever being pushy. I didn't end up leasing from Subaru but that was for other car-related reasons. Austin Subaru is fabulous! A car company that cares about its customers, and truly strives to create an easy to navigate, happy experience. Special kudos to Amber Ashy, my terrific sales person, who took me through the process and found me exactly what I was looking for, all with a smile on her face and my interests at heart. This is my second Subaru, and I will be back once this one gives up the ghost!
This place is great, everyone I met was super friendly and helpful. Brittnay is amazing, she helped me get a car I've wanted since I was a kid and made sure I was satisfied and even taught me how to drive stick! Jeremey Marty is the coolest guy and was an excellent business manager who helped me pick the best options for my new car. Thank you guys for being awesome!
I could not believe the service department here. It's like they have a radar that goes off when they think they find someone they can completely rip off. I brought my car in for regular warranty work and left with a list of almost $6000 worth of suggestions...including brand new breaks on both sides which I had just gotten done! Not to mentioned I just had an inspection where I had my break fluid changed and gotten a new air filter (too other things mentioned on their crazy list). I purchased my first Subaru, a used 2011 Outback, several weeks ago. I found it to be a very good experience (as good as buying a used car can be) from start to finish. Amber Ashy we very professional and helpful, she really worked to understand my needs and my financial limits and put me in a car that fit the bill for me. I had a great experience at Austin Subaru. I came in as a potential first time car buyer was very impressed by sales rep Amber. Even though I did not end up purchasing a car, Amber made the whole experience very comfortable. I did not ever feel pressured, she was extremely knowledgeable, and she was willing to work with me on getting a monthly car payment to where I needed it to be. When and if I decide to purchase a new car, Austin Subaru, and Amber, will definitely have my business!
Always have a good experience here. The service staff is friendly and helpful. Service is not always extremely fast for walk-in appointments, but it depends on how busy they are, and their waiting area is comfortable. Doesn't feel like a Jiffy Lube lobby.
