I am thoroughly impressed by the overall service experience here. It sounds strange but I really can't wait for the next service appointment. Frequent updates, treats, coffee, steady WiFi and a detailed breakdown of the bill and walk around of my car.
Amazing dealership! Just bought a new Outback there, and I couldn't have been happier with the buying process. All of the employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable, and was none of that weird uncomfortable sales pressure that you normally get from dealerships.
Took my car in today for a problem with the blower for the heater and A/C, and an issue with a leak during heavy rains. Adam was our service tech and couldn’t have provided better service. The repair on the blower was completed and the car thoroughly checked for leaks. In the three years we’ve had our Outback, we have experienced consistently excellent service at Austin Subaru.
If you need Subaru service, come here and ask for Will! He’s always given me quick, reliable service! They also have a customer lounge with all sorts of free stuff to snack on and drink while you wait. #Sweet
I've been treated respectfully by this dealership for 12+ years and will continue patronizing them as long as possible.
Our original sales guy was excellent but I have to say today they were a little slow on the draw because they didn't have as many attendants, of which I had to go in and find someone when I am sure, from before they are supposed to come out to you in the service area.
