Had an experience at Austin Subaru that was great enough to want to post about... and that says something ha! Absolutely recommend Jonathan Sosa and the crew. Jonathan was informative, patient, thorough and not pushy on what services should be done. One of the best experiences I've had anywhere for any vehicle I've owned.
I brought my car in for an engine issue they charged my insurance company $10,000 for Unnecessary repairs and I was completely let down I live in California and had to drive all the way back to Austin to get my car spent thousands of dollars and I am left with a pile of junk sitting in my driveway do not do business with Austin Subaru or any Subaru dealership for that matter they will burn you buy American!
The new 2017 Outback purchased on 7/18/17 had a dent in the door. Both the service manager and salesman went above and beyond to correct the problem--a different new Outback-with MORE options-and swapped with the previous one the next day. This is 2nd new Subaru we've purchased from Austin Subaru. Highly recommend checking this dealership if you're in the market for another vehicle.

Had to take my 2014 WRX in for a knocking noise in the engine at 47k miles. I worked with service advisor Christian Perez who was very polite, nice, and friendly. He immediately had me in a brand new loaner car and let me know before I even left that my engine would need to be replaced and luckily it was still under powertrain warranty. He called me with updates when needed and was very pleasant to work with. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time and they even washed it for me!
