This was my first new car purchase on my own and of course you need to know how to negotiate but everyone was incredibly professional, friendly and down to Earth. I am mostly impressed with the service center I took my car back a few days after purchase to get the windows tinted and protective coating on the interior and exterior. RecommendedTime for my 12K service. Easy appointment setup the day before via the web. I arrived a bit early, no problem. They set me up with a Lyft ride back to work. I was back in about 30 mins (10 min drive each way). When the car was done, I got a text message to let me know. At the end of my work day, I clicked a link Subaru had given me earlier and got another Lyft ride back to pick up my car. Everything was done and ready to go. Customer service was great...And the customer waiting area is the best.
Used the express service lane and was pleased by the prompt, professional, and polite service. The nice waiting area and coffee bar also enabled me to get some work done in comfortable surroundings while I waited.
I have never stepped into a car dealership and felt so welcomed, appreciated and in no way pressured to make a financial decision that wasn’t best for me. Tony and everyone that worked with my Husband and I today were AMAZING and I left with a brand new Forester! I couldn’t be happier...until Tony walked me over to the coffee bar for an iced latte! Lol definitely recommend Tony and the team at Austin Subaru!!
