RecommendedI bought a Subaru from another dealer and had issues with the transmission and found out the person who traded it from who I bought it from knew there were issues. Service is always great and timely. I love that they help me keep my car at optimum performance levels by telling me when something needs to be replaced. I trust them.
Great Customer Service! Joseph Martinez guided me along the way to come to a final solution. He was clear in his communication, offered options and was transparent with the condition of the car. The car ended up as a total loss with insurance, but Joseph made the process easy to get through. This is the first time I had taken my car to this particular dealership, but the service and trust was on par with my previous dealership where I bought my car. Will miss my 2004 Subaru WRX.
