My wife just left there after having taken her 2018 Forester in for an issue with the exhaust system. Her factory warranty is expired, but she has an extended warranty that she bought from Subaru, specifically. Of course, they can't find her warranty in the system, and they want to charge her a $172 "diagnostic fee" to even LOOK at the car. Most exhaust issues can be FIXED for $172 at a regular shop. We have been doing business with Austin Subaru for 13 yrs bought 2 cars. Recently had 500.00 of A/C work done which the ac did not work the next day. Call Subaru 17 days ago called several more times and no one has called back. My thoughts are they do not have a good service dept. nor cares/stands behind their work.
Craig and the rest of the team always do a stellar job when my forester needs servicing. They are crazy fast and knowledgeable. Love this place! Thank you!!!
