I purchased a pre-owned truck at Austin Subaru and I’m currently having some issues with the truck. These issues are supposed to be cover under warranty(not maintenance issues) based on the warranty contract. However, neither Subaru or my extended warranty which was offered to me with the truck want to take ownership for any of these issues. I drive this truck to work every day of the week and now it’s affecting my performance record at work. Has anyone have had a related issue with Austin Subaru?

Late last month we were able to make a fantastic buy on a CPO Subaru Outback. Sometimes you leave the dealership wondering if you made the right choice and having some regrets as time goes on. Nothing could be further from the truth in my experience. Instead, every day I am more excited and thankful for this awesome vehicle. A special thanks to one of my oldest friends, John Palmieri. He helped walk through the process in the absolute best way, and I’m so appreciative of him and everyone at Austin Subaru.
Great! I recommend getting there early, a 6000 mile service, under 45", wish I was a coffee drinker! it smelled great in the waiting area, nice & clean too...
I had the most pleasant experience dealing with John and his finance manager. The team was amazing and I would love to recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a new Subaru or used vehicle!
