I had an issue transferring data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone 17 Pro, and Richard was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He politely guided me through the setup and even helped install the screen guard. He never said no to any request and went above and beyond to assist. Richard is a perfect example of professionalism and customer service — truly an asset to the store. He definitely deserves a pay raise for his excellent service. After hearing my sob story (ancient iPod wouldn't charge), these fine folks GAVE me a cable! Coulda knocked me over with a feather. I spoke with them on the phone before I drove over.
