I was very happy with Dr. Alcocer, he listen to me and right away he knew what to do and teat my symptoms.

Every aspect of the procedure was handled well despite COVID restrictions. Wait times and paperwork were minimal, every staff member was efficient and cordial, the medical personnel explained what they were doing clearly, and the procedure itself was on time and easy, right down to getting me to my ride. I especially appreciated receiving a detailed and handsomely produced report on the procedure to take with me—no waiting to learn what was done and what thr outcome was.
Other than prep, colonoscopy experience was good. Dr. Alcocer is a very good listener. Thorough and good staff.
Dr. Alcocer was very helpful and concise explaining the procedure. The procedure itself went very quickly and I was done much more quickly than anticipated. I was extremely impressed.
Dr Alcocer was recommended by a nurse friend of mine. He and his staff made it as easy as possible to prepare for and have my colonoscopy. I felt very confident going into the procedure, and have no complaints after the procedure was done.

I recently had an endoscopy done by Dr. Alcocer and my experience was wonderful. Dr. Alcocer, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, and the CRNA at Austin Endoscopy Center (Shoal Creek) were all very kind and happy and took the time to comfort me, as I was very nervous. The waiting room was nice and the check-in process was very efficient. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Alcocer was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed all my questions. And the office staff were very pleasant and super efficient.
