Dr. Alcocer was taking care of my GI problems for several years. Over that time he skillfully performed on me an upper endoscopy and two colonoscopies. He was always available, when I urgently needed his medical opinion and he examined me promptly in his office when I developed an unexpected problem. I highly value his wealth of medical knowledge, his skills, and attitude to the patient. He is a superb gastroenterologist whom I give the highest rating, (which, I believe, is A plus or higher.)

I had a colonoscopy done at Austin Gastroenterology. Dr. AlCoser was my attending doctor. The doctor is wonderful and the facility is wonderful. Everyone is caring and spend adequate time to make you comfortable. Go here, you will be happy with your choice.

Dr Alcocer is a great physician. He listens and remembers. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps —considering which part of you he examines

My mom had a colonoscopy done recently and Dr Alcocer was excellent! He takes the time to explain everything without you feeling rush. His nurse is exceptional! She would promptly return calls that I made to the office and was very personable and professional! I will go to him myself whenever I need a colonoscopy.

Dr. Alcocer is great. He and his PA are very professional, make you feel comfortable and are always willing to answer any question. I’ve had 3 occasions to have Dr. Alcocer provide a colonoscopy and endoscopy. They went well, piece of cake.

Dr. Alcocer has been my Gastroenterologist since 2006 and all through this time he has remained very attentive, caring, a very keen listener as well as good at explanations of what’s going on. He is extremely thorough as well and I’m quite thankful to have him as my Gastroenterologist.
