I needed a front tooth crown replaced. These guys did a great job and paid so much attention to detail. And they are so pleasant to be around. I love my new "tooth".
I recently had my teeth clean, the staff was very courteous and efficient; it certainly was a great first time visit. I will be going there from now on.
My 15 yr old son had a terrible pain in the front of his mouth and i was told by the 24 hr dental hotline that he would not be seen until 3pm that day. Balcones dental contacted me at 7:40am and wanted to see my son at 8am. We were so pleased. The staff welcomed us upon arrival and the dental assistant was so caring with my son. Dr. Maddox is awesome. He explained the situation regarding my son clearly and provided great care. Thank you Balcones Family Dental
