Everyone at Balcones family dental was lovely. From the minute of check in- everything was done with ease. I hate to go to the dentist but Paul makes it a pleasure. He also works well with special needs individuals which is so important to me.
I had an older crown continue to fall off. Dr. Lounsberry and his team were amazing!! Dr. L described the process, laid out the best possible plan, recommended a terrific periodontist, and fit the new crown to perfection! I highly recommend this dental practice!!
I've gone to Dr. Lounsberry for over 30 years. He not only does great work, but also explains the reasons for treatment and if their are any options. Also, his dental hygienists follow the same work practice as he does. Very courteous and professional.

I had Casey clean my teeth today for the first time and she was amazing! Very gentle with me which was nice since my braces had just been worked on. Dr Maddox was always the best too and even helped me get a loose baby tooth out during my appt! Tooth fairy brought me 5 dollars! I love my dentist’
Been a patient of Balcones Dental for over 20 years now and EVERY time I go back, the courtesy is the same as that first visit - EXCELLENT! Paul and his staff are second to no one!
Yearly checkup and cleaning that was prompt but thorough. I left there with clean teeth and with the knowledge of what to do to keep them that way.
The lab sent a defective crown so it broke after 3 months. Dr L and his team got me into the schedule immediately. resolved the problem and I can enjoy the Holidays. That type of service is why I have been his patient for over 20 years.
