They got me in really quick when I had a concern. The place is nice, the staff outstanding, and Dr. Lounsberry is always down to earth, conservative and informative about treatment. Appreciate all they do!
Who looks forward to a dental appointment? I do! The office staff, hygienists and doctors are ALL top notch at Balcones Family Dental. I literally can't wait for my 12-year old to finish losing her baby teeth so she can start going here as well!!!

Dr. Lonsbury has been my dentist for years. I am in need of some relatively major dental work, and even though I am currently employed in northeast Oklahoma, I have committed to traveling to Austin several times over the next few months to have him perform the work. I trust him over any other dentist and am confident that I will be very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended.
Brandy was ready for me within 5 minutes of arrival. She was her normal pleasant self. The cleaning was sort of non eventual which is the way I like cleanings to go. Check out time was quick and pleasant. If I was managing the team, I would definitely put Brandy in for a raise. :-)

Dr. Lounsberry and his staff always do great work for me, and they're friendly, too. Also, and this matters a lot, Dr. Lounsberry takes the time to explain my options and how the whole process will unfold.
