Dr. Consuegra treated my father since he came from Cuba. I have no doubt that without his care, my father would not have lived much longer. He's very professional, compassionate, and takes his time with his patients. You can totally trust him, he's a great doctor.
It took me years to find a Primary Physician that really enjoys his job and cares for his patients. The ones I met before were always in a rush after a minimum of 1 hour wait in the lobby. Since the first appointment Dr Aurelio Torres-Consuegra made me feel comfortable, he took his time to listen and check me. Regular anual exam the staff got me ready for the Doctor In no time. Dr. Torres as always very polite and professional, he gave me good advice and tell me to watch my weight, and all the good stuff. Dr. Torres is my primary physician for many years and I have nothing but respect and admiration for his professionalism, expertise and friendly manner. He always takes the time to explain any condition I have in detail, making sure I understood all the details fully. He is easy to talk to and very caring in the way he interacts with patients, always thinking of their best interests first. Unprofessional doctor. He left me waiting for hours after we had a Telehealth visit. When I complained, he dropped me as a client, leaving all my prescription refills and treatment on the air! I couldn't believe that instead of apologizing, he was rude and so unprofessional! His nurses are also very rude and they don't follow the new COVID rules.
