I ordered original bites and two hotdog pretzels and I asked for 2 specific ones that were not burnt as most were. The first one put in the bag was not one that I wanted so I said that. I was told “it’s already in the bag and that one’s not too burnt; what other one did you want”? I said that’s not the one I wanted but this one on the end. I Was then told they all taste the same; again I reiterated that I did not want the burnt one. I was ordering at Burger King right next to this place and the staff were being weirdly aggressive to some customer. She asked what something was and got the response “what does it look like??” Insane people.

This locations posted hours of operation have them open until 6:00 PM. We arrived at 4:40 and the employee behind the counter said he was closed. There are never pretzels made or any offerings in the heated case. This is a regular occurrence the same employee closing this location early to leave. When he does stay open, the attitude with which he serves you is as if he is annoyed by being asked to do his job, never a pleasant experience , poor service, closing early, and laziness.

Terrible customer service. Two employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was given a burnt pretzel, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused in a disrespectful manner. One of them aggressively took the pretzel from me and threw it in the trash. Completely unacceptable behavior. I will not be returning to this location.
