We rented a property for over 4 years operated by Aug Realty and had a great experience. The fact that we chose to renew 3 separate times speaks to the quality of their service. The online portal made it easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. We did have some appliances go out during our stay but it was always a breeze getting Dean to coordinate with a professional to fix or replaces items. I do not like to leave bad reviews but Aug is just terrible in my opinion. The broker in charge is rude and disrespectful. Some of the staff do the best they can, but the fish stinks from the head if you ask me. Trying to deal with AUG is way more difficult than it needs to be, at the end of a lease they will do every thing possible to make life difficult for a tenant and keep as much of your deposit as they can. Be very careful when dealing with AUG.
