I’ve been a tenant for over two years now and only have good things to say about my experience with AUG Realty. The property was in wonderful condition when I moved in. Additionally, the property management team are very attentive regarding any maintenance requests that have arisen during my time renting with them. The maintenance teams that they have sent in have been equally attentive and diligent. I am very satisfied with my time renting with AUG!

I am fully prepared to take this company to court with documentation of everything I am accusing them of doing. This company likes to post pictures of rentals online that are not actually the condition of the home. They then like to move tenants into those rentals unseen. Great company! We were new to the triangle area and Aug was the first company we rented with. They are very good at communicating and jump into action to address maintenance concerns. In the future we wouls be more than happy to rent a property that they manage! Definitely recommend.

We rented a property for over 4 years operated by Aug Realty and had a great experience. The fact that we chose to renew 3 separate times speaks to the quality of their service. The online portal made it easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. We did have some appliances go out during our stay but it was always a breeze getting Dean to coordinate with a professional to fix or replaces items.
