Inquired about a few vehicles only to find out they've sold or can't "find them" yet they dont like telling you that "Come in we'll talk" The low prices are to drag you in then "oh its sold but here's a worse deal for you" Glad I didn't drive to this location. Going to make the drive to Marion VW to buy a couple there

Had a good experience with Jay. He worked hard to take care of me. I had water spots on my used black Passat that I purchased a couple of weeks ago from Auffenberg and they wouldn’t wash out. It had to be wet sanded and buffed. The sales manager didn’t want to do anything for me and charge me $400 to get it buffed. Jay really went to bat for me, stood up for me, and they ended up taking car of it. Now my car looks amazing and I’m very happy with my purchase. Our sales person Jay Reiger was very knowledgeable about all of the different Volkswagens and the different packages and was excited to help us work through our decision on which one was the right one for us to purchase. Kenny was amazing! He got me in and out, worked with my budget, & for a first time buyer he made sure everything was explained clearly.
They were courteous and helpful letting me try out a few different cars to see what I liked and wasn't pushy about it. justin hopson was very helpful and a great salesmen answering all my questions and not rushing me thru and out. also dan in finance was just as great explained all the paperwork I asked about and very nice the whole time
The staff, management, and service was excellent. Auffenberg runs an excellent business.
BUYER BEWARE Bait and switch masters! Was given a price on a car and signed their paperwork. 5 minutes later was brought out new paperwork for $1,000 more. They told me they lost my last paperwork and it was told cheap’ anyways. They had added on additional charges and the taxes and fees had changed as well. Someone needs to turn them in for illegal dealings.
