Brandon was upfront with all information and terms and took the time to find me the perfect VW Atlas. Easy as could be from sales to finance. Followed up a couple days later to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and entire process.
Sales person, Jeremiah Bell was very personable & was not pushy.
Terrible service. The parts department ordered a part months ago and told us it was on back order. Understandable. It happens. I speak to the people who make and ship the parts and they said it WAS on back order but isn’t now. Weird huh? They schedule our car to be fixed because they had the part issue figured out finally then last minute have to push it back. I will not be purchasing another car from them. Seems they are going to wait for our warranty to expire before they ‘get the part in’. It’s all been a giant nightmare.
Overall, 5 out of 5 experience today. Came in knowing today was a holiday and yet everyone was friendly and ready to make a deal. I would happily recommend them to any one of my family or friends.
Larry the service manager treated wife like crap! She drove an hour to get there and was told it would be an hour an half wait before they could get to her oil change. Why have appointments she asked? Larry says well little jobs turn into big jobs. Customers always want more. So the polite thing to do would be tell them they need to schedule a follow up. We had a great car shopping experience at Auffenberg with CJ Berry! Buying a car can be a stressful process, but CJ made it a no pressure, relaxing, and fun experience for us. Nothing but problems with the vehicles they sold us a year ago. Even said they had problems with them. Spent $1500 on repairs and now another $1500 for another oil leak. Wanted to trade in and they only offered us $3000 for the vehicle because of COVID. We paid $9800 a year ago for the vehicle. They do not stand by the products they sell. Customer service is horrible. Beware they are just out to get your money and screw you over.
