Horrible expierience. Had my car for 2 months and didnt fix anything until last week. No consideration of me or my time. I lost my job dealing with this. my car was filthy when I got it back. Didn't offer a loaner until the last week of them having it. they seemed to just not care about me or the service they were giving me.
The buying process was straight forward and quick. I love my Atlas truck and would highly recommend the salesman and dealership.
Next time you see someone get out of a Volkswagen say hello to them. Watch what happens, they are the kindest people you will meet! I love our customers they are great!

Most people come on FB to complain, I am here to sing the praises of the service department. Jeff and Larry ALWAYS take good care of me and my VW CC. Jeff did an incredible job working to get the best deal possible on a new set of tires - even gave me info about how to comparison shop. It turn out VW by far had the best deal. And the tires he recommended totally turned the bumpy feel and the LOUD road noise in my car to a whisper, smooth ride. I am so happy with my tire purchase.
