Brought our Passat to Auffenberg VW today for regular service, and couldn't be happier. Jeff at Auffenberg greeted me when I arrived, explained what they would be doing, asked if I had any questions, and then kindly took me to a nice spot where I could comfortably wait and work on my laptop (via the Auffenberg wifi) while I waited. Can I give less than a 1. This dealership uses lies and false advertisement to get people in the door. I bought a Honda in St. Louis today and will never step foot on their doors again. Their service department is the best around.
