Started off extremely happy, made a purchase of a 2014 jetta sportwagon tdi. Then this morning the car would not start, or show any signs of life. Contacted the dealer and got but a run around. They would not honor the new car warrenty, no service after the sale. I would have been happy with any action that indicated some sort of loyalty ,instead of totally ignoring of the problem. I have had my car for 6 months and I love it! Everyone I had contact with during the sale was very nice and helpful. They worked hard to get me in the car I wanted. The service department has been wonderful too. I can really tell that customer service is important to this dealership!
Had a great experience here. They were very open minded and listened to what I wanted instead of pushing what they wanted to sell. Can't say enough about Dave, Mike, and the rest of the staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a car.
even tho i wasnt able to get what i came there for,my salesman dave r. was more like a brother to me than a salesman. also whoever the manager was at that time,he offered us waters and joked..we didnt buy the car that we wanted only because we are cheap and cant afford it..if we were able to afford our dream vehicle i would of bought it from dave because he was honest from the get go...
Thinking of trading autos, dropped into Auffenberg to check choices. Unbelievable selection, with super customer service from Jordan Smith. He really took the time to listen to what we're looking for in a new car, showing us several different types with what we have in mind. Now too just decide which one we love the most. Such a great experience purchasing my car from Dave and Mike! They were both extremely helpful and attentive to my needs during the purchasing process and making sure I was happy after taking the car home.
My husband and I were there for a long time and all they did was lie. We went there because they had 2 cars online with an awesome price. They lied about the online price. My husband has a picture of it. After he called and questioned it-they changed it to what they quoted us but we have a picture of what they advertised it at. That's called false advertising! We were going to look at a ford down the street at Auffenberg - but after that no way.

At first it was a little rocky (as much as it is with any car buying experience) but in the end Ian Forshee (salesman) and Mike Brewer (sales manager) came through for me and got me a deal I was happy with and will continue to bring my business to them in the future.
